"The purpose of life is a life of purpose"
Hello and welcome,
Over the years, I’ve witnessed countless high school juniors and seniors stress about the next step in their journey. How many AP classes should I take? Is that SAT good enough? What college should I go to or which college will want me? What do I want to be when I grow up? How much money will I get from a college? The list is never-ending.
Usually through this process, the question rarely asked and explored is— Who am I? What is my purpose? I created “Moving Forward” to help young adults address this issue. In order to move forward you have to connect your past dots of life, exercise self-awareness, and understand the importance of relationships. Incorporating executive function skills into designing your life means intentionally structuring your goals, habits, and decision-making processes to create a purposeful and fulfilling path. Essentials skills such as time management, prioritization, planning, organization, and task initiation to name a few. Life has many paths and I hope that I can help you find your paths of purpose.
